The Pirastro P311221 E-1 medium ball-end violin string delivers a bright, precise high note with a quick response. The steel core ensures stable tension and reliable intonation, while the chrome-plated winding delivers a bright attack and smooth response. Thanks to its ball-end attachment, it fits most ball-end tailpieces, making it convenient for both classical violinists and players seeking a more modern practice experience.
This E string is ideal for those seeking a clear, projecting top end without compromising playing feel. Advanced violinists and professionals who perform and record extensively will appreciate the consistent tonal balance that blends well with the lower strings. Consider your playing style and technique: the tension of this medium gauge contributes to a fast bow response and a pronounced high pitch over extended periods.
