Scott Cao STC750 cello 4/4, selected spruce and beautiful flamed maple, patinated lacquer, 'Stradivarius' model

The Scott Cao STC750 4/4-size cello is a high-quality instrument based on the legendary Stradivarius model. This cello is part of Scott Cao's conservatory series, which takes classic master instruments as its starting point. Each cello is entirely handcrafted from carefully selected woods, including European spruce for the top and beautifully flamed maple for the back, sides, and neck. The oil-based, patinated varnish is matched to the original color and wear pattern of the historic model, giving the instrument an authentic appearance.

With its rich, mature tone and expressive playability, the STC750 is a perfect springboard to a professional career. The sound will further develop with intensive use. Each instrument has its own unique character, thanks in part to the individual approach to construction and finishing. The cello is supplied without a setup, allowing a luthier to fully customize it to the player's preferences. This makes the STC750 a versatile choice for ambitious musicians seeking a distinctive and professional instrument.
