The TAD ECC83WB (RT093) is a premium selected low-noise and low-microphonic preamp tube , even meeting the specifications of a 7025 .
This tube has a balanced tone , with a slight upper midrange emphasis , providing a clear string attack and added clarity , while the bass remains tight and defined. This makes the ECC83WB an excellent choice for both vintage and modern guitar amplifiers .
In hi-fi amplifiers, this tube adds a fresh presence and clarity to the sound, making the sound reproduction more dynamic.
The TAD ECC83WB Selected can be used as a replacement for ECC83, E83CC, ECC803S, 12AX7, 12AX7A, 12AX7M, 12AX7WA / WB / WC / LPS / EH, 5751, 7025, CV492 and CV4004 .
