The Flight DUS460 Amara is a soprano ukulele with an amara body. This wood comes from the rainforests of South America and is known for its dark appearance and warm tone. The laminated amara top and matching back and sides give the instrument bright projection with a full bass.
The compact soprano size of the ukulele makes it respond instantly to your touch, making it ideal for rhythm playing and short melodies. The African okoume neck fits comfortably in the hand, and the walnut fingerboard provides a stable playing surface. The bone nut and saddle contribute to accurate intonation. The arched back supports sound projection and adds volume.
