The Lounsberry Pedals NTO-1 Nigel Touch Overdrive is a versatile, multi-stage FET analog preamp and overdrive designed for both guitars and keyboards . This pedal offers a dynamic touch response reminiscent of a vintage tube amplifier , making it feel and sound like a classic Plexi in your pocket .
With a multi-step FET gain structure and germanium diodes, the Nigel delivers everything from warm semi-cleans to classic rock crunch and saturated lead tones . Its natural response and full tone also make it ideal for keyboardists seeking analog overdrive without losing clarity during complex chord shapes.
The Nigel also features a "FET always-on" output , perfect for direct recording without physically activating the pedal. The robust metal housing features a Mark Hershberger artistic design , and the pedal is hand-built in the USA by Greg Lounsberry .
