Description
The Koch CTII20/C112 Classictone II is a 20-watt, all- Class A tube combo designed with a clear nod to the vintage amplifiers of yesteryear – both in appearance and sound. Equipped with EL84 power tubes and 3x 12AX7 tubes in the preamp, this amp delivers a warm, crystal-clear clean tone and a powerful, layered overdrive with rich harmonics and natural compression. The amplifier features three foot-operated channels: Clean, Overdrive, and Overdrive Boost , allowing you to effortlessly switch between subtle cleans and raw leads.
A passive 3-band tone control provides transparent tone control without muddiness. The three-position master volume switch (Home, Studio, Stage) lets you enjoy tube distortion at any volume level. The long spring reverb , balanced recording output with speaker simulation , effects loop , and speaker on/off switch make this combo ideal for home use, studio recording, and live performances. The specially designed Koch VG12-60 12" speaker delivers balanced, dynamic sound reproduction.
